About Monica
Monica Navascues is a VP-level People & Culture executive with more than 17 years of progressive global HR leadership experience across growth-oriented and multi-sector organizations. She partners closely with executive teams to align people strategy with business performance — connecting workforce planning, organizational design, leadership capability, culture, and operational execution to sustainable growth and measurable results.
Known for bringing clarity and disciplined structure during periods of scale, transformation, and complexity, Monica has led enterprise talent strategies, succession and performance frameworks, compensation architecture, and enterprise-wide change initiatives that strengthen both business outcomes and employee experience. She is a trusted advisor to senior leaders, enhancing executive effectiveness through strategic workforce planning, thoughtful counsel, and practical, human-centered leadership.

Based in Canada, she has extensive experience supporting U.S., LATAM, European, and international workforces within complex, matrixed environments.
